iCert

iCert is a certification body which carries out audits and certification of management systems which provides independent demonstration that management systems:

1. conforms to specific requirements;
2. are capable of constantly achieving its stated policy and objectives;
3. are effectively implemented.

Certification of a management system is one means of providing assurance that organizations have implemented management system for relevant aspects of their activities, products and services in line with their policies and requirements of the respective manangement system standard. Conformity assessment and certificatin therefore provides value to organizations, their customers and interested parties.

iCert provides conformity assessment and certification of the following management systems:

1. ÍST EN ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management systems
2. ÍST 85:2012 – Equal wage management systems
3. Vakinn – The official quality and environmental system within Icelandic tourism.
